We Are Adding Video Online Each Week.
Pictures can be pulled from the video using Windows Movie Maker.
You can do this by playing the video and save it with your Media Player.
Then open Windows Movie Maker - Click on File - Import Into Collections
Find the movie that you saved. Usually in My Documents
You can then snap the pictures at the preview window while playing the movie
